Nattrly, Inc. ("Nattrly") respects your right to control your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy describes how you can request deletion of your account and personal information, what data is deleted, what data may be retained, and the timeline for processing your request.
How To Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Nattrly account and associated personal data through any of the following methods:
You must submit your request from the email address associated with your account, or provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity.

Identity Verification
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion, we will verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may include:
We will not request sensitive information beyond what is necessary to verify your identity.
- Confirming the email address associated with your account
- Sending a verification code to your registered phone number
- Requesting additional identifying information consistent with what we have on file
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete the following personal data within 30 days:
- Account credentials and login information
- Profile information (name, email, phone number, address, interests, preferences)
- Profile photos and uploaded media
- Emergency contact information
- Session history and session notes
- Messages and communications sent through the Platform
- Interest matching and compatibility data
- Referral and affiliate association data (where applicable)
- Device and browser information linked to your account
- Cookie and tracking data associated with your account
- For Trusted Companions: uploaded identification documents and photographs
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Payment transaction records: retained for 7 years as required by IRS regulations and financial record-keeping laws
- SOS alert records: retained for 5 years for safety documentation and potential legal proceedings
- Background check results for Trusted Companions: retained for 90 days after account closure for compliance and audit purposes; verification status records (pass/fail) retained for 3 years
- Records of Terms of Service violations, account suspensions, or platform bans: retained for 5 years to prevent re-registration of banned users and protect platform safety
- Data required for pending or anticipated legal proceedings, regulatory investigations, or fraud prevention
- Anonymized and aggregated statistical data that cannot be used to identify you (retained indefinitely)
Processing Timeline
- We will acknowledge your deletion request within 5 business days
- Identity verification will be completed within 10 business days of receiving your request
- Data deletion will be completed within 30 calendar days of successful identity verification
- You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion process is complete
- During the processing period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible
Effects Of Data Deletion
Please be aware that data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion:
- Your account will be permanently closed and cannot be recovered
- You will lose access to all session history, messages, and profile data
- Any active membership subscription will be cancelled; no refund will be issued for the remaining billing period
- For Trusted Companions: your active status will be terminated, and any pending earnings will be paid out according to standard payment schedules before account closure
- For Affiliates: your affiliate status will be terminated, and any pending commissions will be paid out according to the Affiliate Agreement before account closure
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Nattrly in the future (subject to any applicable restrictions)
Third-party Data
When we delete your data, we will also direct our third-party service providers to delete your personal data from their systems, to the extent technically feasible and permitted by their own data retention obligations. This includes our payment processors, verification partners, and communications providers. We cannot guarantee deletion timelines for third-party systems but will use commercially reasonable efforts.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This Data Deletion Policy fulfills our obligations under the CCPA. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your right to deletion.
