We also collect limited technical data such as IP address and browser type to operate and improve the platform.

• To match customers with compatible companions based on shared interests
• To process bookings and payments
• To send session reminders, confirmations, and receipts via SMS and email
• To notify your emergency contacts when a session starts, ends, or if you trigger an SOS alert
• To conduct and communicate the results of companion background checks

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the platform:

• Companions see your first name, profile photo, and interests to facilitate matching
• Stripe processes payments securely
• Checkr conducts background checks on companions (not customers)
• Twilio delivers SMS notifications
• Resend delivers email notifications
• Daily.co powers virtual video calls
• Emergency contacts you designate receive SMS alerts during sessions

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.
