1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Nattrly (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Nattrly is a companionship platform that connects elderly adults (“Customers”) with vetted individuals (“Companions”) for in-person visits and virtual video calls. Nattrly facilitates the connection, booking, and payment process. Companions are independent contractors, not employees of Nattrly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nattrly. Companions must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must pass a criminal background check conducted by our third-party partner, Checkr.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Nattrly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

5. Bookings and Payments

All session pricing is displayed before you confirm a booking. Payment is authorized at the time of booking and captured upon session completion. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Nattrly does not store your credit card information.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Companions who cancel without adequate notice may have their accounts reviewed.

7. Conduct

All users agree to:

• Treat others with respect and dignity
• Provide accurate information in their profiles
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to contact Companions outside the Platform for the purpose of circumventing Nattrly's fees

8. Safety

Nattrly provides an SOS feature that allows Customers to immediately alert their designated emergency contacts via SMS during any active session. While we take safety seriously and vet all Companions, Nattrly does not guarantee the conduct of any individual user. Use your own judgment during all interactions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology on the Platform belong to Nattrly or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nattrly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nattrly in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or requesting data deletion. Nattrly may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
