Trusted Companion Agreement

1. Monitoring, Safety & Conduct

■I understand that visits, communications, app activity, GPS location, and certain interactions may be monitored, recorded, or reviewed for safety, compliance, and quality assurance purposes.
■I agree to professional conduct at all times and understand that inappropriate behavior, harassment, bullying, intimidation, abuse, or misconduct toward members, families, or staff is strictly prohibited.
■I agree never to solicit, request, or accept money, gifts, loans, tips beyond company policy, personal favors, or outside compensation from members or their families.
■I agree not to discuss, advise on, or become involved in member finances, banking, investments, wills, property, legal matters, or any decision outside the scope of companionship services.

■I agree to maintain strict personal and professional boundaries with all members and family members.
■I agree not to form unauthorized personal business relationships, private employment arrangements, or off-platform service agreements with members.
■I agree to keep all member information confidential and comply with all privacy, confidentiality, and data protection policies.
■I agree not to share member photos, videos, conversations, addresses, medical information, or personal details without explicit company authorization.

■I agree to report immediately any emergencies, accidents, injuries, suspicious behavior, abuse concerns, or safety incidents involving members.
■I agree to comply with all health and safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and emergency procedures as directed by the company.
■I agree never to administer medication, provide medical advice, perform medical procedures, or act outside the scope of non-medical companionship services.

■I acknowledge that falsification of records, time logs, visit notes, or service documentation may result in termination and legal consequences.
■I agree to full background verification, identity checks, and ongoing compliance reviews as a condition of my status as a Trusted Companion.
■I understand that violations of company policy may lead to immediate suspension, termination, financial liability, or referral to law enforcement.
■I agree that the company reserves the right to investigate complaints, monitor compliance, and enforce disciplinary action to protect members and business integrity.

■I consent to the use of scheduling software, GPS verification, digital reporting tools, communication monitoring, and quality review systems as part of platform operations.
■I understand that all platform communications may be recorded and retained for safety and compliance purposes.
