Member Conduct Agreement

Introduction

This Member Conduct Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the standards of behavior expected of all Members using the Nattrly platform. By creating an account and using Nattrly's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these standards. This Agreement is incorporated into and subject to Nattrly's Terms & Conditions.

Respect Dignity

Nattrly exists to create meaningful, warm human connection. Every interaction on the Platform must reflect mutual respect. As a Member, you agree to:

• Treat every Trusted Companion with courtesy, kindness, and respect
• Recognize that Trusted Companions are independent professionals providing a valuable service
• Respect the boundaries, time, and personal space of your Trusted Companion
• Be punctual for scheduled sessions and provide timely notice if you need to cancel or reschedule

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats of any kind
• Discriminatory remarks or behavior based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Sexual advances, suggestive comments, inappropriate touching, or any form of sexual harassment
• Use of profane, abusive, degrading, or offensive language
• Yelling, aggressive tone, or emotionally abusive behavior
• Recording, photographing, or screenshotting sessions without the Trusted Companion's express consent
• Sharing or distributing any recordings, images, or personal information of Trusted Companions
• Attempting to contact Trusted Companions through personal channels outside the Nattrly platform
• Soliciting Trusted Companions for off-platform services or attempting to circumvent Nattrly's fees
• Requesting or pressuring Trusted Companions to perform any service outside the scope of companionship (including medical care, household chores, errands, financial tasks, legal advice, or personal favors)
• Providing false information in your profile or during sessions
• Attempting to involve Trusted Companions in illegal activities
• Being under the influence of alcohol or substances to a degree that creates an unsafe or hostile environment during sessions

Scope Of Companionship Services

Nattrly provides social companionship and conversation. Members acknowledge and agree that:

• Trusted Companions are not healthcare providers, caregivers, therapists, counselors, attorneys, or financial advisors
• Trusted Companions cannot and will not administer medication, provide medical advice, or perform any medical or personal care tasks
• Trusted Companions cannot and will not provide legal, financial, investment, or estate planning advice
• Requests for services outside the scope of companionship are a violation of this Agreement and the Trusted Companion Agreement

Safety Obligations

As a Member, you agree to:

• Maintain a safe and appropriate environment for in-person visits (well-lit, accessible, free of hazards)
• Not possess or display weapons during sessions
• Inform Nattrly of any conditions that may affect session safety (aggressive pets, health conditions requiring awareness, mobility limitations)
• Use the SOS feature or contact emergency services (911) if you feel unsafe during any session
• Report any concerns about a Trusted Companion's behavior through the Platform's reporting system

Privacy Confidentiality

Members agree to:

• Respect the privacy and personal information of Trusted Companions
• Not seek out, collect, or share the personal contact information, home address, or social media profiles of Trusted Companions
• Not post reviews, comments, or content about specific Trusted Companions on external websites or social media platforms that identify them by name without their consent
• Keep all session conversations and content confidential

Consequences Of Violations

Nattrly takes conduct violations seriously. Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, consequences may include:

Nattrly reserves the right to investigate any reported conduct violation and to take action at its sole discretion. Members who have been terminated for conduct violations may not create new accounts.

• A written warning and reminder of this Agreement
• Temporary account suspension (duration determined by severity)
• Permanent account termination with no refund of remaining subscription fees
• Reporting to law enforcement where conduct constitutes a crime
• Civil liability for damages caused by the violation

If you witness or experience a conduct violation by another user, please report it immediately:

All reports are reviewed promptly and handled confidentially. Nattrly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

Acknowledgment

By using the Nattrly platform and booking sessions with Trusted Companions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Member Conduct Agreement. Violations may result in account action up to and including permanent termination.
