What is Nattrly?
A platform that connects seniors with vetted Trusted Companions for in-person visits and virtual calls, matched by shared conversation interests.
Which states does Nattrly operate in?
All 50 states — nationwide from day one. Virtual companionship calls are available everywhere, and in-person visits are available wherever we have approved Trusted Companions in your area.
How much does it cost?
Nattrly is a simple monthly membership with three plans, all virtual video sessions: Companion Connect — $98.99/mo (2 one-hour sessions, or 1 two-hour session), Daily Check-In — $128.99/mo (5 fifteen-minute sessions), and Best of Both — $198.99/mo (5 fifteen-minute sessions plus 2 one-hour sessions — our best value). Do I need to download an app?
No. Nattrly works in any browser — Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. Just visit nattrly.com.
How are Trusted Companions vetted?
Every Trusted Companion passes a Checkr criminal background check and US work authorization verification. No exceptions.
What is the SOS button?
One tap during any session sends an immediate SMS alert to all your emergency contacts with your location and session details.
How do membership sessions work?
Your plan gives you a set number of sessions each month. Booking a session uses one of those sessions; your full allotment refreshes at the start of each monthly billing period. If you cancel a booking 24+ hours ahead, that session is returned so you can rebook.
Can I book the same Trusted Companion again?
Yes — favorite them and book directly from your favorites list.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from the Sessions tab if it hasn't been accepted. After acceptance, contact [email protected]. Bookings not accepted within 48 hours are automatically cancelled.
How do I become a Trusted Companion?
You must be 21 or older and US work-authorized. Go to My Profile → "Start Trusted Companion application." Complete onboarding, upload ID, and pass a background check (1–3 business days).
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Members and Trusted Companions must both be 21 years or older to use Nattrly.
How do I submit a support ticket?
Go to Support in the navigation bar or bottom tabs. Submit a ticket and track your request — our team responds within 24 hours.
Are virtual calls secure?
Yes. Encrypted video via Daily.co in your browser. No data stored. Only you and your Trusted Companion can access the session.
How do I delete my account?
Visit the Data Deletion page. We process requests within 30 days.
What accessibility features does Nattrly have?
Large touch targets (48px+), high-contrast text, screen reader support, keyboard navigation, and minimal clutter. WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.
